HOW IT WORKS
Once your purchase is confirmed, we will begin working on your custom piece. Please allow 5-7 business days for our artist to produce a 3D image for your review. We will email you at the address provided at the time of purchase.
Once approved, your custom 3D design will be sent to production to create your custom jewelry piece. From there, your custom piece typically takes 4-6 weeks to be completed and delivered to you. Please note, once your proof has been sent in for production, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
MILIM jewelry offers complimentary domestic shipping on all orders. Pricing may vary for international or express shipping; please contact us at info@mymilim.com when placing your order for an exact quote.
Each piece is inspected and hand packaged before it is shipped via USPS or DHL for International Orders. Please note, MILIM is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. HOW LONG WILL MY JEWELRY TAKE TO ARRIVE?
All personalized items take 4-6 weeks from the order date to be produced and delivered. Please note that processing times may be delayed during the holiday season. If you need to place an urgent order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. MILIM is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, all claims must be made through the courier with the tracking number provided.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Personalized pieces are made to order and are non-refundable. Contact us immediately if you would like to make changes to your order or if there is an issue. Please note, once your proof has been sent in for production, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.
JEWELRY CARE
Jewelry is delicate by nature and care should be taken to ensure you can enjoy it for years to come.
To extend the life of your jewelry piece, please follow our care instructions below:

Take off your jewelry before daily rituals that might damage your piece. For example, washing dishes, showering, exercising, applying perfume or lotion, etc.

Before bedtime, lay your jewelry out on a flat, fabric surface to avoid scratching and/or tangling.

To clean your precious metal and diamond jewelry, use a soft toothbrush with dish soap and gently scrub the metal and diamonds, then rinse with water, being careful to close any sink drainage to avoid any accidents. We recommend filling a bowl with water and using this to rinse to avoid dropping your items altogether. For a more thorough cleaning process, follow the step below.
Instructions:
To make a gentle cleaning solution, combine warm water and dish-washing solution in a small container or bowl, then soak the jewelry for 20-40 minutes. If needed, use a soft cloth or soft toothbrush to scrub or wipe the jewelry. Rinse in clean, cool water and place on a paper towel to air dry.

Yes we do! Please contact us at info@mymilim.com for international shipping costs; we ship internationally through DHL.
Please note, applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. The agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges so that the shipment can continue to its destination. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any additional fees.
WHAT IS YOUR REPAIR POLICY?
We are confident in the quality of our jewelry and are confident you will be happy with your item. We stand behind our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your item, we are happy to repair it at no extra charge, within the first 60 days of purchase. Please note there is a maximum of 1 complimentary repair per order. You are responsible for shipping your item to us.
For repairs needed after 60 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair and shipping fees at the expense of the customer. Pricing for repairs varies depending on style and typically start sat $30, plus shipping.
